Light Club Ministries
Light Club Ministries (LCM) was launched because of a deep concern that children not be forgotten in the move of God. They need to be trained, set on fire and equipped to reach and change their generation. They are the next church leaders, teachers, business men and women, mothers and fathers. Every one of them was fearfully and wonderfully made by God to fulfill a purpose on this earth.
Ephesians 2:10 “For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” The Light Club was launched in 1998 and in 2013 became Light Club Ministries (LCM). LCM began with trained teachers who met with groups of children in schools, homes, community centers, churches, apartment complexes, just about anywhere the children can easily and safely meet. What is an America’s Promise Club? It is a club usually taught in schools in an afterschool program. Children learn to love God and to love their country. They learn who they are in Christ, who the founding fathers are. They learn deep biblical truths from the bible. These action-packed clubs have songs, colorful lessons and review and memory games – even holiday and special occasion parties.
Children will be taught true American History and to love their country. They will be taught that we are all Americans and should treat each other equally. Students will learn the basic principles of our Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and the Bill of Rights. These after school clubs will give children a moral compass. Children will know God loves them unconditionally and will not leave them, forsake them, or abandon them. These clubs will give them hope in their future. |
